At the end of each month, Korella will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during that month.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided in the entry form. Please make sure your information is complete and accurate.

By submitting the survey form you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, meet the eligibility requirements, and agree to the Official Rules.

Simple Giveaway Rules

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Limit one entry per person per month, regardless of the entry method used.
• One potential winner will be selected randomly each month from all eligible entries received during that month.
• Each monthly entry period begins on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on the final calendar day of that month.
• Entries do not carry over into the following month. To participate in a new monthly drawing, you must submit a new entry.
• The potential winner will be contacted by email within [five] business days after the drawing.
• The potential winner must respond within [seven] days. If no response is received, Korella may select another potential winner.
• Each monthly winner will receive one $500 Amazon.com Gift Card.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable month.
• Korella employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Korella may disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
• By entering, participants agree to the Official Rules and acknowledge that Korella’s decisions regarding the giveaway are final.
